1-Shipping is currently FREE on all orders via 1st Class Registered Airmail to ensure safe delivery.
2-IMPORTANT to Israel buyers: Malaysian Post DOES NOT ship to Israel, if you have a foreign address for shipment, you are welcome to buy. I'm sorry. it's Malaysian Post policy.
3-Payment terms:
We currently accept only Paypal and Western Union for overseas buyers ( local buyers can pay by bank transfer to Maybank or Public Bank )
4-We do not accept Check or Money order due to long processing in Malaysian bank
not to mention the high clearance fees charge by our bank.
Sending cash is out of the question. They always got stolen.
5-If you do not have a Paypal,
we suggested that you wire transfer the payment to us by Western Union Money Transfer. They cost a little on your side but they are safe and fast. You can also ask your friends who has paypal to pay on your behalf.
6-Shipping terms:
We ship very promptly, mostly within 24 hours unless post office are closed or we are out of town.
Please note that we are located in Far East, so time of delivery is around 7-31 days.
Some countries like Brazil, Italy, France etc... might take longer to deliver due to the poor postal procedure.
