Can I send Cash to you by registered airmail ?
NO, NEVER SEND CASH TO ME. We have lost hundreds in the past, even by registered airmail. It's simple, the postal thief opened the registered letter and took away the cash before resealed back the letter and delivered to us without the cash inside. This do happen in my country. NEVER, NEVER send cash to me. You will regret later if you did. We both are loser, I'm as sad as you are, the only happy persons are those idiot postal thief.
I don't have a Paypal, how should I pay?
Ask your friends who have a Paypal account to pay for you or you can send us a Western Union Money Transfer which are available on most countries. Please note that fee apply on this methods, please inquire from your bank for the fee they are charging you. *estimated to be around 10% of the total* ( for local buyers, you can pay by Maybank or Public Bank transfer )
How long will the shipment reach me ?
It depends on where you are. UK normally take only 7-14 days, USA around 10-21 days. Estimate delivery overall is around 7-31 days. Countries like Brazil, South America, Italy or France take longer, probably due to their slow procedure. Sometimes they takes 2 months to Brazil by 1st class registered airmail !! Be patience if you are from this countries, otherwise, please do not buy. We ship very promptly, and we don't control the parcel once they leave us.
Do you ship to Israel?
I wish I could but Malaysian Post do not ship to Israel. If you have a foreign address for shipment, you are welcome to buy. We have so far manage to ship a few items to US by our Israel buyers.
I did not receive my goods after a few weeks, what should I do ?
email us if your items did not reach you within 3 weeks ( or 4 weeks for Brazil, Italy, France etc.. ) and we will file an investigation with the Malaysian postal department. We will refund the full payment to you if the parcel are lost after we received the confirmation letter from the postal department within 1-3 months. Sometime the goods takes longer than usual due to mis-handling. This seldom happen and they do happen. You can also check with your family members if they receive the goods and forgot to inform you ( this happen to some of my buyers previously ) You can also check with your local post office with the registration code we provide you after the shipment. People make mistake, post office as well, we have cases that the parcel was left in the post office unclaimed due to postman error ( delivered notice to wrong address where the address is correct ) Don't worry, We will follow through the sales with you until they are complete if this unfortunate event happen.
I'm not happy with my item and wish to return them for refund
You are welcome to return your purchases for refund if you are not happy. Please pack properly to ensure the return items are not broken during the journey, otherwise you will not get a refund if they are broken. Please bear in mind that the return cost are buyers responsibility. We will only issued refund after we received the return goods in good order.
Are all your products listed available in stocks and ready to ship?
Yes, they are ready to ship within 24 hours after payment most of the cases. However, my webstore does not automatic delete the products quantity once it was sold. We usually delete it within 24 hours after sale. If you happen to buy the same item someone bought early than you within 24 hours, we will have to refund the payment back to you. We apology if this happen.
Why I can't buy the products listed?
You can't buy because the item was sold previously. If you see "ON HOLD" on the listing, it mean the products are SOLD and once we get new stocks, we will update it for buying again.
